Solo Developer
Shape Game was my first project learning Godot. I chose not to use the built in physics so I could learn how to build it all from scratch. Gravity, bouncing, friction, I built it all on my own.
My primary focus for this project was aesthetics. I learned Godot’s shader language (basically GLSL). I also learned a lot about color theory and UI design.
I’m proud to have presented Shape Game at GDC 2025. I met a lot of amazing people and got a lot of valuable playtesters.
